Great white wine made from Cortese grapes.
“Fanciotein” in Piedmont dialect means a little boy, because the wine is great tasted fresh and young.
The label was created in collaboration with our friend and cousin Giovanni Sirio.

Color:
White wine, light straw color.

Flavors and taste:
Hints of almond and white peach in its aroma. The balance between freshness and acidity makes it pleasing to the palate with a pronounced aromatic persistence.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, it pleases your palate when paired with fish or white meat.

Temperature:
Serve cool at 8-10 °C.
